1. Refund Policy Overview

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and responsibilities.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We accept returns within 10 days of package delivery. Returns are good for in store credit only. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as we sent it.

3. Refund Process

a. Contact us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You will need to fill out a return order form.

b. Return shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

c. Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund will be for in store credit only. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned product.

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to additional fees. These include:

  • Items that are not in their NEW original condition or packaging.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Items that were on clearance or marked as final sale.

5. Processing Time

Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your return and issue the refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Core Exchange (Cylinder & Heads)

On some items we require a core charge for parts. You are responsible for sending in parts in acceptable condition for us to use them again. We are not responsible for damage to items sent to us. Be sure to properly package and protect these parts as they can be easily damaged if dropped or mishandled. Core charge will be refunded when parts are received, inspected, and verified they are good cores for exchange.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
