Our Fat Azz Pipe is the most powerful expansion chamber on the market, specifically engineered to deliver maximum performance across the entire powerband. Whether you want to maximize the high-revving mid-range torque of the 9R or the top-end speed of the 850, we designed this pipe to provide massive power gains without sacrificing crisp throttle response.

This pipe features a premium Ceramic Chrome finish rated for temperatures up to 1,300°F. This coating provides a high-shine, show-quality look while acting as a heavy-duty thermal barrier to build internal pipe heat quickly for consistent performance and significantly lower under-hood temperatures.

Performance & Compatibility

  • Broad Power Gains: Experience a major increase in mid-range torque, mid-to-top end punch, and higher peak RPM for unmatched out-of-the-hole performance.
  • High-Speed Stability: Engineered to pull hard and consistently through the entire RPM range without "hitting a wall" or fading at high speeds.
  • Fueling & Tuning: Designed to run safely on 91-octane pump gas. While it provides excellent "bolt-on" power without a re-flash for standard use, it is fully compatible with Torque Link tunes for riders looking to maximize every ounce of horsepower.
  • Fitment: Easy bolt-on installation that fits directly into your stock muffler or any BMP-compatible slip-on. NOTE: Does NOT fit Hill Climb Racer chassis models.

Elevation & Stinger Configuration*

Because the 850 and 9R engines have different backpressure needs, please review the stinger inclusions based on your model and riding environment:

  • Patriot 9R Models: Every 9R Fat Azz pipe includes our Fast Reaction Stinger as standard. This configuration is optimized to provide the exact backpressure the 9R needs to maintain crisp throttle response in all conditions.
  • Patriot 850 Models (High Elevation): Includes our Fast Reaction Stinger. This setup is specifically tuned for the thinner air found at high altitudes to ensure peak power.
  • Patriot 850 Models (Low Elevation): Optimized for the air density at lower altitudes; a stinger is not required or included for this configuration.
