Designed as the ultimate performance expansion chamber, the Fatt Azz pipe optimizes internal exhaust gas scavenging across the entire powerband—delivering explosive out-of-the-hole acceleration without sacrificing clean, crisp off-idle throttle response.

Engineered to pull hard and consistently without "hitting a wall" or suffering high-speed heat fade, this pipe is finished in a heavy-duty Polished Chrome Ceramic Coating rated up to 1,300°F. This high-temp thermal barrier builds internal pipe heat rapidly for consistent backpressure while drastically dropping under-hood operating temperatures.

Elevation & Internal Stinger Configuration Guide

Because the Patriot 850 and 9R engines have distinct internal backpressure requirements, review the stinger inclusions below based on your machine and primary riding environment:

  • Polaris 9R Models (All Elevations): Every 9R pipe includes our Fast Reaction Internal Stinger as standard. This restriction is optimized to supply the exact backpressure required to keep the high-revving 9R engine razor-sharp in all conditions.

  • Patriot 850 Models (High Elevation / 6,000+ ft): Includes our Fast Reaction Internal Stinger to restrict exhaust flow just enough to restore lost backpressure in thin mountain air.

  • Patriot 850 Models (Low/Mid Elevation / 0–6,000 ft): Standard open-flow design optimized for higher ambient atmospheric pressure; an internal stinger is not required or included.
