Through advanced CNC pocketing, excess material was strategically removed from low-stress areas of the billet structure, ensuring that internal strength, rigidity, and long-term structural integrity are never compromised compared to our standard helix. Polaris introduced a larger OEM secondary roller on select models beginning in 2021. These larger factory rollers are NOT compatible with this helix profile. If your 9R is equipped with the larger factory rollers, you must install our Small Secondary Clutch Rollers (SKU: TP-460079K) for proper fitment and operation.
