Designed and manufactured in the USA, this heavy-duty rear flap is engineered to withstand extreme winter temperatures without curling, cracking, or becoming brittle in sub-zero conditions.

Each kit comes complete with heavy-duty mounting rivets, backing washers, and PDP’s specialized Flex Support Plate. This support plate provides necessary rigidity near the top of the flap, making it ideal for modern sleds with shorter tunnels, aggressive lug heights, or deep powder setups where flexible OEM flaps frequently get sucked into the track.
