Heavy-Duty BRP QRS Secondary Clutch Rollers - Set of 2

Upgrade your drivetrain's reliability with the Bikeman Performance High-Performance Secondary Rollers. Designed specifically for the BRP QRS secondary clutch found in Ski-Doo snowmobiles and Can-Am UTVs, these rollers are the ultimate insurance policy against trail-side failure.

Stock rollers are notorious for becoming brittle and shattering under the heat and high-impact loads of aggressive riding. Our rollers are engineered from a proprietary, high-strength material that resists flat-spotting and shattering, ensuring smooth shifting and consistent RPMs even in the harshest conditions.

Why You Need These:

  • Enhanced Durability: Engineered to withstand the "slam" of the helix during hard take-offs and aggressive backshifting.
  • Consistency: High-tolerance manufacturing prevents roller seizure and maintains a consistent diameter for smooth clutch transition.
  • Universal Fitment: Compatible with all Ski-Doo QRS secondary clutches (2008 and newer) and all Can-Am UTV models.
  • Made in the USA: Proudly manufactured in the United States for maximum quality control.

Tech Note: We highly recommend adding these to every clutch kit installation. Since the secondary clutch is already disassembled for the helix installation, it is the perfect time to replace weak stock rollers and avoid future downtime.

Bikeman Performance QRS Secondary Roller Installation Guide

Fitment Note: These performance rollers fit all Ski-Doo QRS Secondary clutches (2008 and newer) and Can-Am UTV models.
1. Preparation: Removal of the helix is required to access the rollers. Use the appropriate QRS compression tool for safety.
2. Removal: Depending on your model year, the roller pivot studs are secured by an "E" clip (2008-2012), a threaded screw (2012 800R/2013), or a spring pin (2013+ and Can-Am). Remove the fastener before attempting to slide the stud out.
3. Clean & Polish: Once the old rollers are removed, use a fine abrasive pad (like Scotch-Brite) to polish the surface of the pivot studs. This ensures the new rollers can spin freely without binding.
4. Roller Orientation: Identify the shiny side of the new roller. Install the roller onto the stud so the shiny side faces the outer edge of the clutch.
5. Washer Placement: Place the included stainless steel washer against the shiny side of the roller.
6. Reassembly: Re-install the pivot stud. Use a high-quality thread locker (such as blue Loctite) on threaded studs. Secure the stud with the original E-clip, screw, or spring pin.
7. Final Check: Before re-installing the helix, manually rotate each roller to ensure they move freely and smoothly on the studs.
