Heavy-Duty Can-Am QRS Secondary Clutch Rollers - Set of 3

Upgrade your drivetrain's reliability with the Bikeman Performance High-Performance Secondary Rollers. Designed specifically for the QRS secondary clutch found in Can-Am UTVs, these rollers are the ultimate insurance policy against trail-side failure.

Stock rollers are notorious for becoming brittle and shattering under the heat and high-impact loads of aggressive riding. Our rollers are engineered from a proprietary, high-strength material that resists flat-spotting and shattering, ensuring smooth shifting and consistent RPMs even in the harshest off-road conditions.

Why You Need These:

  • Enhanced Durability: Engineered to withstand the "slam" of the helix during hard take-offs and aggressive backshifting in high-torque UTV applications.
  • Consistency: High-tolerance manufacturing prevents roller seizure and maintains a consistent diameter for smooth clutch transition.
  • Universal UTV Fitment: Compatible with all Can-Am UTV models utilizing the QRS secondary clutch.
  • Made in the USA: Proudly manufactured in the United States for maximum quality control.

Tech Note: We highly recommend adding these to every clutch kit installation. Since the secondary clutch is already disassembled for the helix installation, it is the perfect time to replace weak stock rollers and avoid future downtime on the trail.

Bikeman Performance Can-Am Secondary Roller Installation Guide

Fitment Note: These performance rollers fit all Can-Am UTV models equipped with the QRS Secondary clutch.
1. Preparation: Removal of the helix is required to access the rollers. Use the appropriate clutch compression tool for safety.
2. Removal: On Can-Am models, the roller pivot studs are typically secured by a spring pin or threaded fastener. Carefully remove the fastener before attempting to slide the stud out.
3. Clean & Polish: Once the old rollers are removed, use a fine abrasive pad (like Scotch-Brite) to polish the surface of the pivot studs. This ensures the new rollers can spin freely without binding.
4. Roller Orientation: Identify the shiny side of the new roller. Install the roller onto the stud so the shiny side faces the outer edge of the clutch.
5. Washer Placement: Place the included stainless steel washer against the shiny side of the roller.
6. Reassembly: Re-install the pivot stud. Use a high-quality thread locker (such as blue Loctite) on any threaded components. Secure the stud with the original spring pin or screw.
7. Final Check: Before re-installing the helix, manually rotate each roller to ensure they move freely and smoothly on the studs.
