Performance Exhaust Manifold / Y-Pipe for Arctic Cat F / M / Crossfire 700 // SKU: 03-101-C
✨ FINISH SPECIFICATION: This manifold is finished exclusively in Bikeman Performance's 1,300°F Polished Ceramic Chrome thermal barrier coating. This coating retains critical exhaust heat inside the pipe to accelerate gas scavenging and substantially reduce under-hood operating temperatures.
SKU: 03-101-C
Primary Application: 2003–2006 Arctic Cat 700 2-stroke models (Firecat F7, Sabercat 700, M7, and Crossfire 700).
Unlock proven, dyno-tested power on your Arctic Cat laydown twin with the Bikeman Performance Performance Exhaust Manifold / Y-Pipe. Factory exhaust manifolds create restrictive internal turbulence right at the exhaust ports, choking off scavenging and dampening throttle response. Our high-flow Y-pipe design maximizes exhaust flow and pulse energy, delivering 3–4 peak horsepower and a massive 4–5 mid-range horsepower gain with broad, arm-stretching torque right where you ride most.
Engineered as a true 100% bolt-on modification, this manifold requires zero EFI controller box re-mapping or carburetor jetting changes on stock displacement machines. Finished in our premium polished ceramic chrome coating, this manifold provides essential exhaust velocity to let your engine breathe freely across the entire powerband while delivering a mirror-like finish that will not rust or discolor.
Key Performance Features
- Dyno-Proven Horsepower Gains: Delivers a solid 3–4 peak HP gain and 4–5 mid-range HP gain over the restrictive OEM manifold.
- Substantial Torque Increase: Broadens bottom-end and midrange pull for instantaneous corner-exit acceleration and aggressive track spin in deep snow.
- Polished Thermal Ceramic Chrome Finish: Finished in an industrial 1,300°F thermal ceramic barrier coating that reflects radiant heat away from your chassis, wiring, and oil lines while accelerating internal exhaust gas velocity.
- No Fuel Controller or Jetting Needed: Pure bolt-on horsepower—runs safely on 91+ premium pump fuel without requiring aftermarket fuel boxes, re-mapping, or carb jetting changes on stock engines.
- Wide Compatibility Range: Performs exceptionally well on stock 700 engines, ported trail setups, and high-displacement big-bore builds (including BMP 800 and big-bore kits).
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Precision-formed and robotic TIG-welded from premium heavy-gauge steel for long-lasting structural strength that withstands high exhaust gas temperatures and chassis flex.
Fitment & Compatibility Notes
-
Compatible Sled Models:
- 2003–2006 Arctic Cat F7 Firecat (EFI & Carb / Sno Pro / EXT)
- 2004–2006 Arctic Cat Sabercat 700 (EFI & Carb / EXT)
- 2005–2006 Arctic Cat M7 (141, 153, 162)
- 2006 Arctic Cat Crossfire 700 (EFI / Sno Pro / Early Build)
- 600cc Fitment Notice: This manifold will physically bolt onto 2003–2006 Arctic Cat 600 models (F6 Firecat, M6, Crossfire 600), but its internal volume is specifically engineered for 700cc+ displacement and will not produce a performance gain on 600cc engines.
- Chassis Mount Reference (2003–2004 F6/F7): Early 2003–2004 Firecat chassis configurations may require updating to the 2005–2006 factory exhaust pipe support bracket for proper pipe-to-chassis alignment.
- Fuel Requirement: Minimum 91-octane premium pump gasoline recommended.
