Primary Application: Polaris Indy, VR1, XCR, Pro-S, Pro-X, and Switchback Assault models (Trail / Short Track Sleds Only).

Get aftermarket power while keeping your factory expansion chamber with the Bikeman Performance Factory Pipe Mod. By re-engineering the internal geometry and outlet of your stock Patriot 850 pipe, we adapt it to accept our interchangeable internal stinger package. This modification increases exhaust gas velocity and optimizes backpressure, delivering a rock-solid +4 to 5 horsepower gain and massive mid-range pull.

Unlike stock pipes that suffer from heat soak and power fade on long pulls, our modified pipe maintains consistent internal heat to push your peak power band up by 350 RPM. Pull after pull, your sled will hold a peak operating window of 8400–8600 RPM without falling off.

How the Send-In Process Works

  1. Place Your Order: Add this service to your cart and complete checkout. Keep your order confirmation number handy.
  2. Ship Your Pipe: Remove your stock expansion pipe and factory heat shield. Box it securely and ship it to our facility with your order number written clearly on the outside of the box.
  3. We Modify & Return: Our fabrication team will cut, modify, and weld the pipe to fit our adjustable stinger package, modify the heat shield to fit the new geometry, and ship the completed assembly back to you ready to bolt on.

Tuning & Vehicle Fitment Rules

  • SKU: 01-608

  • Compatible Sled Models: Fits trail and crossover Polaris Patriot 850 models (AXYS & Matryx) equipped with short tracks.

  • CRITICAL FITMENT EXCLUSION: CURRENTLY FOR TRAIL SLEDS ONLY. This modification is NOT yet calibrated or available for Long Track / Mountain sleds (RMK, Khaos). Mountain development is currently in progress.

  • Required Tuning: This pipe mod significantly alters airflow and requires digital fueling adjustments. We highly recommend pairing this mod with a Torque Link Pro Stage 0 Tune for safe, maximum performance.

  • Clutching Note: Because this mod raises your peak power to 8400-8600 RPM, primary clutch weight adjustments will be necessary to hit and hold the new target RPM.
