Power and Speed Kit for Polaris Patriot 850 (Long Track / Mountain Sleds) // SKU: 13-310-PS
Power and Speed Kit for Polaris Patriot 850 (Long Track / Mountain Sleds) // SKU: 13-310-PS
Primary Application: Polaris RMK, PRO-RMK, Khaos, SKS, and Switchback Assault models equipped with 2.0" or deeper lug tracks.
Maximize track speed, eliminate deep powder RPM drag, and unleash the true horsepower potential of your long track Polaris Patriot 850 with the Bikeman Performance Power and Speed Kit. By combining our industry-leading ECU digital tuning calibrations with our precision Stage 2 SNYPR Mountain Clutching package, this performance kit delivers immediate throttle response, hard-pulling mid-range power, and rock-solid peak RPM retention on steep mountain climbs.
Factory engine maps and clutching calibrations leave significant horsepower on the table and shift out too fast in deep snow. The Power and Speed Kit re-calibrates fuel, timing, and clutching force curves as a unified system—keeping your engine pinned directly in its sweet spot while maintaining cool clutch temperatures under heavy snow drag.
1. Choose Your Digital Tuning Platform
Select your preferred tuning delivery method from the dropdown options on this page to load Bikeman's dyno-proven Patriot 850 performance calibration:
-
Option A: Torque Link Pro (Mobile Smartphone Tuning): The ultimate next-generation mobile tuning platform. Flash your Patriot 850 directly from your Apple or Android smartphone via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi with zero computer required. Grants full access to tune libraries, real-time diagnostic engine logging, and fault code clearing trailside.
*REQUIRED POLARIS HARDWARE NOTE:* Flashing Polaris snowmobile ECUs via Torque Link requires both the Torque Link Data Cable AND the Polaris ECU Power Cable for proper communication and voltage supply during the flash process. -
Option B: ECU Hard Flash (Send-In Bench Service): The seamless "set-it-and-forget-it" setup. Simply remove your ECU and mail it directly to our facility. Bikeman calibration specialists will flash our custom tune file directly to your module, clone your vehicle data, and ship it right back ready to plug in and ride.
2. Complete Stage 2 Mountain Clutch Kit Hard Parts Included

SNYPR Adjustable Primary Clutch Weight Set (Includes tuning magnets, set screws & tungsten slugs)
-
Small Secondary Clutch Rollers for TSS / Polaris (Required clearance rollers for dual-cut helixes)
-
Comprehensive Clutch Setup Guide (Baseline calibrations for stock, piped, and modified setups)
Key Performance Features
-
Optimized Horsepower & Throttle Response: Custom ECU mapping removes engine bogs, lowers operating temps, and unleashes clean, crisp power across the entire RPM band.
-
Holds Peak Mountain RPM: Prevents RPM drop and powerband sag under heavy snow drag, long track friction, and steep incline resistance.
-
Lightning-Quick Powder Backshift: Instantly downshifts when cycling the throttle while sidehilling or technical tree riding, putting full track power back on tap without trenching.
-
Infinitely Adjustable Primary Weights: Fine-tune weight mass right through the side panel using magnets and tungsten slugs to adapt for high elevations or power mods.
-
Reduced Belt Drag & Heat: Maintains firm side-pressure on secondary sheaves to eliminate power-robbing belt slippage and drastically extend drive belt life.
Vehicle Fitment & Lug Depth Rules
