The Stage 2 Kit is for riders who want to take their performance beyond the foundational upgrades of Stage 1. This package includes all the essential, proven components from Stage 1, plus critical airflow and efficiency hardware to maximize the power output of your stock turbocharger safely and reliably.

By upgrading the manifold/y-pipe, turbo to intake charge tube, and adding the BIG Air Intake, this kit optimizes the entire flow path—from the airbox to the engine—allowing you to reach the highest horsepower gains available *without* upgrading the turbo itself. Experience massive, responsive power and lay the groundwork for a future Stage 3 Big Mo upgrade.


NEW Stage 2 Components for Peak Stock Turbo Performance:

  • Performance Manifold/Y-Pipe: Replaces the restrictive OEM part to significantly increase exhaust gas flow and velocity, improving turbo spool-up and power delivery across the entire RPM range.
  • High-Flow Charge Tube (turbo to intake): Upgraded, durable silicone charge tube for the turbo to intake ensures maximum boost pressure is delivered efficiently to the engine and properly managed without loss, designed to handle the highest boost levels of the stock turbo.
  • BIG Air Intake (FNI Air Intake): Maximizes the volume of clean air to the turbocharger, eliminating restrictions in the intake system for huge power potential and improved throttle response.

  • Maximum Power and Tuning: Every kit includes your choice of engine tuning: either an ECU Hard Flash (you send in your ECU for us to flash) or a Torque Link license. The Torque Link gives you access to all available tune levels through the app at no extra charge.
  • On-Demand Performance: Instantly select your desired power level using the 7S gauge. Choose from quick spool options for improved throttle response, or boost power by 10+ HP to 20 HP on pump gas with the push of a button.
  • Maximum Gains: Unlock huge power potential with race fuels: up to 40+ HP on 100 Octane or an incredible 70+ HP on Q116 Race Fuel.
  • Drivetrain Optimization: The included Stage 2 Snypr Clutch Kit and Cyclone Clutch Cover deliver faster acceleration, a more responsive machine, and a critical 30+ degree reduction in belt temperatures.
  • Exhaust Options: Customize your setup by choosing from our Stainless Steel, Titanium, or high-performance Race Muffler.

Your Choice of Tuning: ECU Hard Flash or Torque Link

ECU Hard Flash: The Mail-In Option

If you select the ECU Hard Flash, you will need to fill out a work order form and ship your vehicle’s ECU directly to us. Once we receive your ECU, our typical turnaround time for flashing is 1–2 business days, plus return transit time (standard UPS Ground). You are responsible for shipping to us, but we cover return shipping. This is a reliable option for those who don't mind the brief downtime.

Torque Link: The Convenient Flashing Device

Our Torque Link flashing device offers maximum convenience: it allows you to tune your ECU without the hassle of mailing it in. Simply log on to the Torque Link platform to create an account, then contact us to activate your tuning license. A key benefit of Torque Link is gaining access to all available tune levels for your vehicle through the app at no extra charge, allowing you to instantly switch performance maps as your needs change.


Important Tuning Notes:

  • 2025/2026 model year is a single stage tune only.
  • Do not update 7S screen from Polaris, you will lose your 3 tune choices on the dash. Update through the Torque Link website.
  • If you choose the Torque Link, you must purchase the Flasher Box separately.

Comparison of Bikeman Boost High-Performance Exhausts:

We offer three distinct Boost exhaust systems, each designed to meet specific performance and sound preferences.

  • Race Exhaust: The loudest and most aggressive choice, maximizing both performance (with HP gains and improved turbo spool without a tune) and weight savings, shedding a substantial 10.2 lbs (5 lbs total weight); however, it is strictly for off-trail use due to its noise level.

  • Stainless Steel Exhaust: This exhaust balances performance, weight, and material cost, still offering a significant 7.2 lbs weight savings (8 lbs total weight) and being necessary for tuned sleds, but like the Race option, it does NOT meet Trail Decibel requirements.

  • The Titanium Exhaust: The premium, lightweight option, offering near-race-level weight reduction at 10 lbs savings (5.5 lbs total weight) and being a "must-have" for tuned sleds, while providing performance-enhancing turbo spool and response.

 *Important Fitment Note:  This helix is designed to work seamlessly with the original small OEM clutch rollers found on Polaris snowmobiles up to the 2020 model year. Please be aware that Polaris introduced a larger OEM roller on some models beginning in 2021. These newer, larger rollers are not compatible with this helix. If you own a 2021 or newer Polaris and have the new style clutch rollers, we highly recommend adding our small rollers to ensure proper fitment and optimal performance.
