PTFE Teflon Secondary Washer for Performance Clutch Kits
Our PTFE Teflon washers are an essential upgrade for any performance clutch kit. Made from an extremely durable and slick material, they dramatically improve your clutch's performance and feel.
By minimizing spring bind, these washers allow for much smoother shifts and more consistent clutching. This also helps to lower clutch temps and can even slightly raise your peak RPM by 25-50 RPM.
For the best results, stack the washers as needed. This simple modification is a must-have for anyone looking to optimize their clutch's performance.
Polaris Pro R:
For Turbo and Supercharger applications, use two sets (four total) of these Teflon washers to shim the secondary spring. This increases belt grab for improved performance.
Ski-Doo Snowmobiles:
These same washers are compatible with Gen4 and Gen5 Ski-Doo snowmobile models' secondary springs.
