Critical Roller Fitment Requirement

  • Small Roller Requirement for 2022+ Models: The custom helix included in this kit is designed to mate with the small OEM clutch roller profile used on pre-2021 Polaris models. Beginning in 2021, Polaris introduced a larger OEM clutch roller on select models. Because all Patriot Boost RMK sleds were released in 2022+, you MUST run small clutch rollers with this helix for proper clearance. If your clutch has the larger factory rollers, please add our Small Secondary Clutch Rollers (SKU: TP-460079k) to your order to ensure bind-free, optimal performance.
