Factory CVT clutching leaves substantial rear-wheel horsepower on the table and relies on soft spring tension that allows excessive belt slippage, heat buildup, and premature belt wear. This complete Stage 2 kit re-engineers both primary and secondary clutch dynamics to deliver hard-hitting acceleration, instant throttle response, and maximum power transfer.

At the core of this kit are Bikeman's proprietary SNYPR magnetic adjustable weights paired with custom-rate primary and secondary springs and a tire-size-specific secondary helix. By maintaining superior side-force tension across the drive belt, this setup prevents belt burning and delivers aggressive backshifting when chopping the throttle into corners. Whether running stock ECU calibration or high-RPM custom tuning, this kit optimizes your shift curve for all tire sizes and terrain types.

⚡ TECH NOTE FOR MAXIMUM TOP SPEED (90+ MPH):
During installation, remove the OEM primary clutch limiter (the gray plastic washer located between the spring and clutch cover). For extreme top-speed applications, cutting down the secondary limiter nipple to half its factory size allows full secondary shift-out. When combined with custom Bikeman ECU tuning and proper gearing, speeds over 90 MPH are achievable.
