Polaris transitioned the 2024+ XP 1000 to the highly secured Bosch MG1 ECU. Please review how your selected tuning platform handles this unlock process:
- Torque Link Pro: Includes the direct MG1 Unlock Cable. You can unlock and flash your ECU right in your garage using your smartphone. No mail-in required!
- ECU Hard Flash: You will mail your ECU to us. We will bench-unlock it, flash your custom tune, and mail it back ready to install.
- Dynojet Power Vision: You must remove your ECU and mail it to Bikeman for a one-time Dynojet Bench Flash Unlock service prior to tuning via the diagnostic port.

1. Choose Your Tuning Platform
A tune is absolutely mandatory when upgrading the exhaust and clutching on the XP 1000 to ensure safe engine parameters. Choose the delivery method that fits your needs:

Option A: Torque Link Pro (Our Premium House Platform)
The ultimate, next-generation mobile tuning solution. Using the Torque Link App on your smartphone (Apple or Android), you can bypass the MG1 security using the included direct-unlock cable and flash your machine via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi. Includes live data logging, DTC code clearing, and zero PC requirement. -
Option B: ECU Hard Flash (Send-In Service)
The perfect "set-it-and-forget-it" setup. Remove your ECU, ship it to our facility, and our calibration specialists will unlock it and hard-flash it with our premium Stage 1 tune. We safely clone your vehicle data and ship your ready-to-ride ECU right back. -
Option C: Dynojet Power Vision (PV3 / inVision)
The classic touchscreen handheld data monitor and logger. Once your ECU has been mailed in for its initial bench unlock, the Power Vision plugs directly into your OBD port to flash custom tune files, log critical engine metrics, and read/clear diagnostic codes on the fly.

- BMP High-Performance Slip-On Exhaust: Dyno-tested to deliver approximately +5 HP. Engineered for super-low back-pressure and reduced exhaust valve heat. Features a customizable multi-piece design where you can choose the powder-coat color of both your Heat Shield and Backer Plate (Black, White, Red, Blue, or Bare Metal).
- Cyclone Clutch Cover: Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum. Integrates high-velocity fan blades to force a constant stream of fresh air across the clutch faces, delivering up to 50 CFM of additional airflow to drop belt temperatures and prevent catastrophic failure.
- Stage 1 Clutch Kit (with Snypr Weights): Prevents factory clutch fade and drastically improves power delivery. Includes our industry-leading Snypr adjustable weights with an aggressive shift profile for massive off-the-line acceleration.
- Snypr Adjustable Clutch Weights: (51-81 Grams) Easily tune your mass distribution for different tire sizes or elevations using a combination of threaded set screws and snap-in/out magnets.
- Custom BMP Primary Clutch Spring: (Red, 70-255 Rate) Built from high-tensile materials that resist heat fatigue to hold your peak RPM steady on long, wide-open pulls.
- Custom BMP Secondary Clutch Spring: (Blue, 192-312 Rate) Drastically improves clutch backshifting, ensuring your machine is always in the optimal ratio when getting back on the throttle out of a corner.
