Polaris introduced a larger OEM secondary roller on select models beginning in 2021. These larger factory rollers are NOT compatible with this helix profile. This kit includes our Small Secondary Clutch Rollers (TP-460079K) to ensure seamless conversion, bind-free helix operation, and optimal performance on all 2021+ models.

  • Compatible Sled Models: Fits all Polaris RMK, PRO-RMK, Khaos, SKS 146 / 155, and Switchback Assault models equipped with 2.0" or deeper lug tracks across all chassis platforms (AXYS & Matryx).
  • TRACK LUG CUTOFF RULE: ANY Polaris Patriot 850 running a 2.0" or deeper lug track MUST use this kit regardless of riding elevation or chassis name.
  • CRITICAL FITMENT EXCLUSION: Sleds equipped with tracks under 1.75" lug depth MUST use the Budget Kit for Short Track Sleds (SKU: 13-310-BUDGET-T).
  • Tuning Note: Included setup sheets provide baseline weighting guidelines. Minor set-screw or magnet adjustments may be required depending on rider weight, altitude, and specific engine modifications.
