Available BMP Tune Levels:
Our custom tunes are meticulously engineered to safely extract maximum performance from your machine. For optimal power transfer, we highly recommend pairing these tunes with our BMP Slip-On Exhaust and BMP Stage 2 Clutch Kit.
- Stock Original Cal: Restores your machine back to its standard factory tuning.
- Stock Optimized: Enhances the stock file with improved fan cooling and driveability limiters removed, keeping your power stock.
- Level 1 (+5 HP): Optimized for stock or slip-on exhaust setups on pump gas.
- Level 2 (+10 HP): Optimized for stock or slip-on exhaust, specifically mapped for premium 91 Octane fuel.
- Level 3 (+20 HP): High-performance map designed for a slip-on or full exhaust system, running on premium 91 Octane. (The safe maximum for standard pump gas).
- Level 4 (+40 HP): Aggressive track mapping for full exhaust systems running on high-grade 100 Octane fuel.
Built-In Intelligent Engine Safeguards
We don’t just build tunes for raw power—we build them to last. Our advanced calibrations utilize the ECU’s sensor array to actively monitor engine health and automatically scale back power to prevent failures:
- Charge Air Temp Monitoring: Monitors post-intercooler temperature and automatically adjusts timing and boost levels to completely prevent detonation.
- Turbo Protection Strategy: Tracks post-turbo vs. pre-turbo temps to keep your turbocharger operating safely within its maximum efficiency range.
- Manifold Pressure Calculations: Factors post-intercooler pressure to instantly optimize ignition timing and fuel delivery.
- Smart Knock Control: In the rare event of low-quality fuel, the system immediately detunes the engine to a safe level to prevent damage and maintains protection until the key cycle is reset.
BMP Performance Enhancements:
- Revised fuel mapping optimized for maximum torque and horsepower.
- Optimized ignition timing maps dialed in for premium 91 Octane.
- Rev limiters raised in both High and Low gears to 9000 RPM.
- Speed limiters raised in both High and Low gears to 96 MPH.
- Electronic torque-limiting functions significantly reduced or completely eliminated.
- E-throttle limits eliminated for instantaneous, direct power delivery.
- Revised drive-by-wire throttle response curves for precise low-speed and high-speed control.
- Lowered cooling fan turn-on threshold to 183°F (keeps engine temperatures down under heavy load).
- Seatbelt speed limiter disabled.
- Left-foot braking mode fully enabled (no more power cutting when holding the brakes).
- Reconfigured ECU logic prevents throwing annoying over-boost codes.
- Safely retains all factory active descent control (ADC) and Turf Mode features where applicable.

(b) If you modify any nonroad engines/equipment after they have been placed into service in the United States so they will be used solely for competition, they are exempt without request.
(c) If you modify any nonroad engines/equipment under paragraph (b) of this section, you must destroy the original emission labels. If you loan, lease, sell, or give any of these engines/equipment to someone else, you must tell the new owner (or operator, if applicable) in writing that they may be used only for competition.
