When we engineered this slip-on for the Polaris Xpedition, we had one goal: Maximum Style with a "Trail-Ready" Sound. We know Xpedition owners use their machines for long-haul adventures, so we balanced a deep, throaty exhaust note with a decibel level that won't ruin your day in the cab.

- Removed Limiters: While a tune isn't mandatory, our Stage 1 Slip-On tunes remove factory limiters for higher top speeds.

Custom Aesthetic Options
Give the rear of your machine the look it deserves. This kit allows you to choose your color for both the Heat Shield and the Backer Plate. Whether you want a clean Bare Aluminum look, a tactical Black finish, or a pop of White, you can customize this muffler to match your build.
PRO TIP: Solve the "Xpedition Drone"
The Polaris Xpedition is notorious for in-cab noise. We strongly recommend pairing this muffler with our Stage 2 Clutch Kit. This combination allows you to drop your cruising RPMs, significantly lowering the decibel levels inside the cabin for a much more enjoyable ride.
