Our Stage 1 Performance Kit is a comprehensive overhaul designed to deliver a 10HP gain, increase your top speed, and drastically reduce the dreaded in-cab drone by optimizing your cruising RPM.

1. Stainless Steel Slip-On Exhaust: Built from high-grade stainless steel, this muffler provides a deep, throaty tone without being obnoxious. It features a fully customizable aesthetic with your choice of Black, White, or Bare Aluminum for both the Heat Shield and the Backer Plate.

2. Stage 2 SNYPR Clutch Kit: The heart of the Xpedition's transformation. This kit includes our SNYPR hyper-adjustable weights (with magnets and set screws), a custom Pro-8 Helix, a stainless steel spacer washer, and primary/secondary springs. By recalibrating how the power hits the ground, we can lower cruising RPMs to solve the "drone" issue while providing instant back-shifting when you pin the throttle.

3. Cyclone Billet Clutch Cover: Machined from high-strength billet aluminum, the Cyclone cover is more than just eye candy. Its engineered "fins" act as a centrifugal fan, pulling significantly more air through the clutch housing. This reduces heat soak and prevents cover flex, resulting in 30-40°F lower belt temperatures and much more consistent performance on long hauls.
