⚠️ IMPORTANT OEM CLUTCH ROROLLER FITMENT NOTE: Both the standard and lightweight secondary helix options in this kit require small secondary clutch rollers for bind-free operation.

Polaris introduced a larger OEM secondary roller on select models beginning in 2021. These larger factory rollers are NOT compatible with this helix profile. This kit includes our Small Secondary Clutch Rollers (TP-460079K) to ensure seamless conversion, bind-free helix operation, and optimal performance on all 2021+ models.

  • TRACK LUG CUTOFF RULE: Designed specifically for short-track and mid-track models running tracks under 1.75" in lug depth.
  • CRITICAL FITMENT EXCLUSION: Switchback Assault 144 / 146 models equipped with a 2.0" lug track MUST use the Power and Speed Kit for Long Track / Mountain Sleds (SKU: 13-310-PS-M).
  • Tuning Note: Included setup sheets provide baseline weighting guidelines. Minor set-screw or magnet adjustments may be required depending on rider weight, track length, altitude, and specific engine modifications.
