High-Performance Snowmobile Kit

Kit Contents

The kit includes:

  • ECU Flash: You can either send us your ECU for a hard flash or get a Torque Link License, which gives you access to all tune levels for future upgrades.
  • Stage 1 Clutch Kit: This includes weights, a primary spring, a secondary spring, and teflon washers.

Please Note: If you choose the Torque Link license, you must purchase the Flasher Box separately.

For 2025 model year machines, only a single-stage tune is available.

Important

To keep your three tune options, do not update your 7S screen through Polaris. All updates must be done through the Torque Link website.

Boost Tune Options

Each of these tunes also comes in a "quick spool" version for even faster throttle response.

  • 10 HP Tune: Works with a stock muffler and pump gas.
  • 20 HP Tune: Works with a stock muffler and pump gas, reaching 210 HP.
  • 20 HP Tune: Works with a BMP muffler and pump gas, reaching 215 HP with better over-rev for more top speed.
  • 35 HP Tune: Requires a BMP muffler and a 50/50 mix of race fuel and pump gas, reaching 235 HP.
  • 50 HP Tune: Requires race fuel.
  • 65 HP Tune: Requires race fuel.
  • 75 HP Tune: Requires race fuel.

 

 *Important Fitment Note:  This add-on helix is designed to work seamlessly with the original small OEM clutch rollers found on Polaris snowmobiles up to the 2020 model year. Please be aware that Polaris introduced a larger OEM roller on some models beginning in 2021. These newer, larger rollers are not compatible with this helix. If you own a 2022 or newer Polaris and have the new style clutch rollers, we highly recommend adding our small rollers to ensure proper fitment and optimal performance.

If you have an updated 24 and lose RPM on 7S gauge after installing BMP flash you must update the 7S to this file. 2024 7S UPDATE
If you have an updated 22 or 23 and lose RPM on 7S gauge after installing BMP flash you must update the 7S to this file. 2022 and 2023 7S UPDATE
Download the file to your PC
Using a 2G or larger USB flash drive – save the file to the drive then follow the directions below.
On your vehicle:
1. Connect the USB flash drive to the USB cable and power up your vehicle.
2. On the RIDE COMMAND touchscreen, select the SETTINGS menu by pressing the Polaris icon at the top of the screen.
3. Select GENERAL SETTINGS and then UPDATE SOFTWARE.
4. Select the file you wish to load (use the file you downloaded in the above link).
5. Select YES to restart the display. A restart is required.
Once the 7S update has been performed, load your Torque Link 7S boost adjust tune.
