Unleash Unprecedented Power with Custom Cams
The heart of this kit is our custom .430 Lift Drop-In Cams, developed by Bikeman in collaboration with Brian Crower. After 9 revisions, we've created a cam profile that is specific to us and not available anywhere else. These brand-new cores—not regrinds—feature an optimized lobe duration that maximizes the air and fuel entering the engine for a more powerful combustion cycle. Best of all, this modification brings no added wear and tear, making it just as safe and reliable as your stock camshaft.
Comparison of Bikeman RZR Pro R High-Performance Exhausts:
We offer four distinct RZR Pro R exhaust systems, each designed to meet specific performance and sound preferences.
-
Center Exit (Stock Tip - 2.5"): The quietest option in our lineup. This slip-on exhaust uses your stock tip and spark arrestor to provide a performance boost with minimal sound increase (stock tip/ spark arrestor not included).
-
Side Exit (Dual Tip - 2.5"): Our loudest exhaust option, designed for a more aggressive sound. It comes with a custom heat shield featuring a "Bikeman" cutout, along with a backer plate, both available in your choice of color to match your RZR.
-
Center Exit (Dual Tip - 3"): Built for the most extreme machines, this exhaust is recommended for high-horsepower applications such as big-bore builds, turbochargers, or superchargers. WARNING: you must trim or remove the stock plastic muffler shroud before using this muffler.
-
Titanium Center Exit (Stock Tip - 2.5"): A premium, lightweight alternative to our standard 2.5" center-exit exhaust. Constructed from titanium, it is both lighter and slightly quieter while providing the same great performance gains (stock tip/ spark arrestor not included).

Important Note: Break-In Procedure
To ensure proper performance and reliability after installing the cams and flashing the ECU, it is crucial to follow a specific break-in procedure. Do not follow the service manual steps. The break-in procedure is as follows:
- Roll the engine over by hand at least 10 revolutions clockwise (when viewed from the rear)
- Verify cam timing to ensure it is correct
- Ensure coolant and oil are at the correct levels
- Start the engine and hold it above 2000 RPM until it reaches 170°F
- Using the throttle, slowly drop the RPM by 50 every 30 seconds until the idle becomes unstable
- Hold the RPM at the unstable point until it becomes stable, then repeat step 5
- Once the machine is idling at a stable 1450 RPM with no throttle input, let it idle for 10-15 minutes
Your machine is now ready to ride!
Note: With higher duration cams, it is common to need to give a little throttle to start the vehicle. This is completely normal.
