⚠️ CRITICAL TORQUE LINK FLASHING & MG1 UNLOCK PROCEDURE:

  • MG1 Unlock Cable Required: The factory Bosch MG1 ECU in the Pro R requires an initial security unlock before tune files can be written. You must use the MG1 Unlock Cable and follow the step-by-step unlock procedure shown below.
  • Disconnect EPS Connector: When flashing the ECU, you MUST disconnect the large main electrical connector on the power steering (EPS) rack, located on the front passenger side of the machine. Failing to unplug this connector during flashing can cause bus communication interference and battery drain. Reconnect once flashing is complete.
