Designed for serious mountain riders who demand maximum bolt-on horsepower, this ultimate performance package adds our CNC-machined Billet Cylinder Head Kit to our proven full-pipe, cooling, and clutching foundation.

Factory cylinder heads suffer from restricted coolant passages and tight squish bands that trap localized heat, easily triggering the stock detonation (DET) sensor and throwing your sled into power-limiting limp mode. The Stage 2 Kit overhauls combustion cooling, exhaust scavenging, ECU fuel/timing mapping, and primary clutch heat dissipation—keeping your engine pinned directly in its peak powerband without DET activation or power sag.

1. Choose Your Digital Tuning Platform

  • Option A: Torque Link Pro (Mobile Smartphone Tuning): The ultimate next-generation mobile tuning platform. Flash your Patriot 850 directly from your Apple or Android smartphone via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi with zero computer required. Grants full access to tune libraries, real-time diagnostic engine logging, and fault code clearing trailside.
    *REQUIRED POLARIS HARDWARE NOTE:* Flashing Polaris snowmobile ECUs via Torque Link requires both the Torque Link Data Cable AND the Polaris ECU Power Cable for proper communication and voltage supply during the flash process.

  • Option B: ECU Hard Flash (Send-In Bench Service): The seamless "set-it-and-forget-it" setup. Simply remove your ECU and mail it directly to our facility. Bikeman calibration specialists will flash our custom tune file directly to your module, clone your vehicle data, and ship it right back ready to plug in and ride.

  • Low Altitude Domes (0–6,000 ft / 40.5cc / 11.8:1 Comp) // SKU: 04-318-L: Engineered for low-to-mid elevation mountain riding and crossover setups running premium 91 pump gas. Slightly lowers stock compression to suppress the DET sensor, allowing safe fuel map leaning for maximum, reliable power gains (+4–5 HP from head alone).

  • High Altitude Domes (6,000–9,000+ ft / 36.5cc / 12.5:1 Comp) // SKU: 04-318-H: High-compression mountain domes engineered specifically to restore lost cylinder pressure and maximize power in thin air (+7–8 HP mid-range / +5–6 HP peak from head alone).

  • CRITICAL CHASSIS EXCLUSION: Does NOT fit Hill Climb Racer (RMSHA / HCR) competition chassis models due to modified shock tower and bulkhead clearances.

  • Fuel Requirement: Minimum 91-octane premium pump gas required for both dome options.
