Delivering huge gains from low-end punch to peak horsepower, this complete backcountry package builds on our Stage 1 exhaust and clutching by adding our precision-machined Billet Head Kit with interchangeable elevation domes. The result is a massive 400–600+ RPM gain, 6–8 MPH increases in track speed, and drastically reduced coolant operating temperatures under heavy mountain loads.

In deep snow, the factory 9R head profile is notorious for triggering the DET/knock sensor and fading under load. Our Stage 2 Kit entirely resolves this by pairing the thermal efficiency and altitude-specific compression of our Billet Head with custom ECU tuning, the polished ceramic Fatt Azz Single Pipe, high-flow Y-pipe, and our heat-slashing Stage 2 SNYPR mountain clutching. It is the ultimate bolt-on package to keep your 899cc engine pinned in its peak powerband without RPM fade on the steepest ascents.

  • Fatt Azz Single Expansion Pipe (SKU: 01-328): Only available in our 1,300°F polished thermal ceramic barrier coating due to tight Matryx chassis tolerances. Maximizes exhaust gas velocity and builds pipe heat rapidly.
  • Ceramic Performance Exhaust Manifold / Y-Pipe (SKU: 03-302-C): High-flow manifold eliminating internal exhaust turbulence and reducing cylinder head heat retention.
  • Billet Cyclone Primary Clutch Cover (SKU: 05-CYCLONE-1): USA-made 6061 billet cover with integrated fan blades to drop clutch and belt temps by 30°F to 40°F+.

Critical Fitment & Roller Compatibility Note

⚠️ IMPORTANT OEM CLUTCH ROLLER FITMENT NOTE: Both the standard and lightweight secondary helix options in this kit require small secondary clutch rollers for bind-free operation. This kit includes our Small Secondary Clutch Rollers (TP-460079K) to ensure seamless conversion on all 2021+ models.
